Your main tasks:

• Leadership & development of a team (approximately 6 employees) in the metrology group
• Ensuring a calibration program for testing equipment that influences quality results, including the commissioning of new equipment
• Ensuring the technical operational readiness of the laboratory by setting up a maintenance and requalification program and solving technical problems
• Responsible for the qualification of laboratory equipment regarding organization, protocol creation, execution and review, and preparation of qualification reports
• Implementation of new equipment in collaboration with the responsible process owners
• Preparation of SOPs and test regulations
• Preparation of qualification and validation documents
• Creation and maintenance of laboratory-relevant KPIs

Your profile:

• Successfully completed scientific degree or completed scientific training with relevant professional experience
• Experience in the field of metrology in a GMP-regulated environment
• Experience in personnel management
• Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
• Proficient in MS Office and ideally SAP knowledge
• A high degree of self-organization, communication skills, teamwork, flexibility, and resilience
