    Once you submit a job application, a recruiter will review your resume and if selected to move forward, you’ll hear from our recruiting team to learn more about the position and what it’s like to work for West.The Hiring Manager will conduct the first interview. A final round of interviews will consist of meeting with potential teammates, managers and cross-functional partners.  This is an opportunity to have a chance to get to know you and you can assess if this is the position is right for you
