Job Summary
In this role wou will be responsible for:
- Testing all products properly and on time in accordance with the existing regulations and forward the respective test results to all affected bodies
- Conducting the review of raw data and test documentation in paper-based and electronic systems
- Independent administration of the processes of the assigned workstations
- Substitute for the supervisor in the event of absence for higher-level administrative tasks
- Ensuring cross-departmental communication in relation to the release test
- Administration of the induction of new employees
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Independent planning and execution of tests on finished products
- Direct support of laboratory management
- Independent creation and maintenance of laboratory statistics
- Planning and conducting training to ensure release testing
- Self-responsible scheduling of staff in the respective area of responsibility (silicone testing, endotoxin testing, and chromatography) to ensure smooth processes in release testing
- Ensuring GMP compliance documentation and effective communication with supervisors regarding emerging problems and deviations
- Continuous process adjustments of existing processes and introduction of new processes and associated process regulations and preformatted laboratory books, in collaboration with supervisors
- Independent creation and revision of local regulations in coordination with the supervisor
Education
- Completed training as a laboratory technician / chemical edge / BTA / CTA or studies in natural science in biology, chemics or similar
Work Experience
- Experience in a comparable region
