Your main tasks

  • Planning and implementation of conversion and modification measures on an existing clean room incl. ventilation/air conditioning technology and material supply with the help of internal or external capacities
  • Preparation of documentation on existing, modified and planned equipment throughout its life cycle
  • Improvement and optimization of processes / machines / plants in order to reduce downtimes
  • Initiating rebuilds and overhauls of machines / equipment for the purpose of standardization and adaptation to new human, technical and quality requirements
  • Sharing responsibility for the preservation, maintenance and usability of buildings
  • Preparation of documents for machines, equipment and buildings
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and internal regulations
  • Participate in the preparation and monitoring of planned budgets for the area of responsibility as well as for repairs and investments
  • Preparation of cost plans for equipment and operational maintenance

 
Your profile

  • Completed (technical) university studies in civil engineering, mechanical engineering or similar qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in manufacturing companies preferably with focus on clean room, air conditioning and building technology in the pharmaceutical environment
  • Good knowledge in project management, as well as cGMP knowledge and Lean knowledge are desirable
  • Profound knowledge in MS-Office and knowledge in SAP
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as a structured, goal-oriented and efficient working style
  • Customer-oriented thinking and acting
  • Very good organizational and planning skills
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
