Your main tasks

  • Planning, supplier selection, acquisition and validation of integrated automation systems incl. material handling systems with the help of internal or external capacities
  • Preparation of documentation on existing, modified and planned systems throughout their life cycle
  • Improvement and optimization of processes / machines / plants in order to reduce downtimes
  • Arrangement of rebuilds and overhauls of machines / equipment for the purpose of standardization and adaptation to new human, technical and quality requirements
  • Preparation of documents for machines, equipment and buildings
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and internal regulations
  • Participation in the preparation and monitoring of planned budgets for the area of responsibility as well as for repairs and investments
  • Preparation of cost plans for equipment and operational maintenance

Your profile

  • Completed (technical) university studies in mechanical engineering, automation technology or a similar qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in manufacturing companies, preferably with a focus on automation technology, ideally in a pharmaceutical environment
  • Good knowledge in project management, as well as cGMP knowledge and Lean knowledge are desirable
  • Profound knowledge in MS-Office and knowledge in SAP
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as a structured, goal-oriented and efficient working style
  • Customer-oriented thinking and acting
  • Very good organizational and planning skills
  • Very good written and spoken English
