Job Summary:
In this role, you will
- Be responsible of SriCity plant trading goods and market sample purchasing from other West plant to successfully fulfill the delivery of local customers’ order on time
- Be a backup of FOS Planner & FOB Planning function
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Customer Success team and regional supply chain team to get the purchasing plan of SriCity plant trading goods on time
- Place PO of trading goods according to the plan following with the global STO process on time
- Coordinate with supply plant and customer success team to get the order confirmation in time
- Chasing the delivery and working with supply plant, SriCity custom clearance and warehouse team to ensure the goods arrived at QP external WH on time
- Responsible of Trading inventory management (MTS) to optimize the inventory between the supply risk and reducing inventory level.
- Responsible for Trading goods (MTO) back to back order and fulfillment.
- Closely follow up on-going PO, report & solve potential issues/ problem at earlier stage.
- Update shipment schedule when vessel/air booking confirmed/ rescheduled.
- Prepare customs clearance documents for export & import and proactively work with the custom clearance colleagues and external agencies
- Working in compliance with local, international & company regulation. Follow up all recent changes on governmental & local policies, regulations, report changes at the Earliest possible time for further management decision making.
- Manage the entire operations out of the external warehouse and complete coordination to ensure meeting customer requirements.

- Ensure that all the documentation is handled in accordance with GMP requirements
- Ensure that PO/ PR are raised according to all applicable financial procedures.
- Ensure that all operations in your area of responsibilities are compiled as per GMP , ISO 9001, ISO 15378, ISO 14971 & ISO 13485 (as per current version) etc.
SOI: The job holder of all relevant SOPs as per Company as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description.
Safety: The job holder is aware of his/her special responsibility towards health and safety in accordance with the company’s safety policy at all times.

- Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Work safely by not causing unsafe conditions or doing unsafe acts.
Lean: Support and contribute actively in Lean sigma programs and activities towards delivery of the set target.

- Switch off the machinery if it is not operating; or Switch off the lights and air conditioning if you are the last person to leave the premise.
- Simplify processes and improvements; reduce printing or photocopying; use recycle papers.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, prefers Major in Supply Chain or Logistics
- At least 1 to 3 years relevant experience in freight forwarding, shipping, logistic, custom clearance, planning and purchasing
- Familiar with ERP systems (pref. SAP)
- Good English communication skills both written and oral
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Experience of custom clearance and shipping
- Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint
Travel Requirements:
- Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time
Physical & Mental Requirements:
- Pass the pre-onboard health check arranged by the company
- Good teamwork and cooperation skill
- Sense of responsibility and urgency
- Good capability of problem solving
