Job Summary:

Provide required and HR generalist services to all employees in all Singapore locations.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle employees' queries and requests according to standard policies, procedures and internal HR guidelines.
  • Support HR operations to maintain excellent service level to business and employees.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement programmes including wellbeing activities and employe focus groups to encourage and track participation and feedback.
  • Collate, consolidate and maintain HR data and related information to deliver reports to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Administer HR share points, HR shared folders and filing systems to support HR team on managing information and communication including job descriptions.
  • Coordinate and provide support to departments on planning and execution of site total learning plan.
  • Monitor and track the progress and completion of site learning plan. 
  • Create, track and monitor training related grants and claims including liaison with external government or statutory bodies.
  • Other duties as assigned by the manager.

 

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Degree or diploma in any field with certification in Human Resource administration or equivalent.
  • One year or less of working experience in Human Resources Function in a manufacturing or highly

        Operational environment.

 

 

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent service mindset, communication (written & spoken) and interpersonal skill 
  • Ensure the highest level of integrity and confidentiality of personnel and sensitive information.
  • Highly organized to follow through actions to completion under tight datelines.
  • Intermediate or Advanced Excel proficiency and other MS Office applications.
  • Support and contribute to Lean Sigma programs and activities towards delivery of the set target.
  • Able to comply with the company’s safety policy at all times.
  • Able to comply with the company’s quality policy at all times.

 

Travel Requirements:

  • No travel required.

 

Physical and Mental Requirements:

  • Be resilient to work through ineffective processes or systems and unreasonable employee behaviours.   
  • Long hours including readiness to stagger working hours to interface and engage with employees in permanent night shifts.
