Job Summary:
Coordinates and ensures shipping, receiving, storage, production and distribution are performed in an efficient manner by managing all material request to/from Third Party Storage Provider. Takes precautions to protect warehouse contents against loss. Oversees inventory analysis and cycle counting functions and adjusts, as necessary. Primary contact to execute material transactions for material to Third Party Storage Provider and allocations supporting customer sales orders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Routine coordination of responsibilities within the warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling.
- Ensure proper receipt, warehousing, handling, issuing, and timely shipment of all inventoried items to meet customer requirements and delivery performance goals from Third Party Storage Provider.
- Enforcement and maintenance of all procedures for the proper handling of all inventoried items including the proper documentation / transaction of all stock movements to/from Third Party Storage Provider.
- Coordinate inventory controls, activity, and cycle counting process to ensure an accurate inventory control system with Third Party Storage provider.
- Coordinate with the Planning Department and Customer Service to ensure shipping operations meet customer requirements, scheduling, and special instructions.
- Enforce and control FIFE practices in production supply and shipping operations when allocating batches to customer sales orders.
- Plan, monitor, and control internal warehouse space demands / utilization and external warehousing, as needed.
- Monitor and make recommendations for change as necessary to maintain an accurate inventory control system.
- Work with management as needed to develop and implement new processes, procedures, systems, or equipment to support department and plant operations.
- Work with other departments as needed to develop and implement new processes, procedures, systems, or equipment to support interdepartmental operations.
- Administer company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and control department operations in SAP.
- Performs other duties as assigned based on business needs.
- Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules.
- Exhibits regular, reliable, punctual and predictable attendance.
- Other duties, as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- Education or Equivalent Experience: High School or equivalent
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office products (Project, Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Experience with MRP and ERP systems, SAP preferred
- Dependable, detail oriented, able to multi-task and think creatively under pressure
- Ability to communicate effectively with clear, concise and organized information, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to define goals and objectives for a group(s) aligned with overall business strategies
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Willing and able to work as a team member and make general decisions within authorized responsibility
- Attention to detail and can follow process.
- Ability to research and troubleshoot inventory discrepancies.
- Have a functional understanding of cGMP’s.
- Willing to work overtime as needed.
- Regular attendance is a necessary condition of employment
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description.
- Support and contribute in Lean Sigma programs and activities towards delivery of the set target.

Travel Requirements:
- Must have valid driver’s license for deliveries in company truck
Physical & Mental Requirements:
- Frequent standing, twisting, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling and walking. Must be able to work with items weighing up to forty (40) pounds.
