Job Summary:

In this role, you will be a part of the HR Team and be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process.

You will also work with HR team on ongoing day to day work.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing, CV screening, phone interviews to in-depth behavioral interviews and issuing an offer.

Partner and work closely with hiring managers to design the hiring process, crafting profiles and ensuring high-quality talent recruitment

Build and maintain an ongoing pipeline of potential candidates by identifying prospects through direct sourcing, networking, social media, recruitment campaigns, referral program and other creative methods

Create and maintain an excellent candidate experience.

Create relationships and work closely with leading recruitment agencies

Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the recruitment process

Assist with ­­the development and implementation of recruitment plans.

Provide data, research and analysis on competitive intelligence, labor trends, information about external marketplace and West’s employer brand position to attract top talent

Manage all activities within the West applicant tracking system (ATS) and accurately track and report recruitment activity data to support staffing metrics from the time a requisition is opened to the time candidates are identified for offer

Work closely with Communications in Europe and/or in the US in order to update West’s company profile in the networks on a regular basis. Track employee and candidate comments and work on timely responses with HRBPs and Communications EU


Basic Qualifications: 

BA in Behavioral Sciences, Human Resource or equivalent.

2 years experience as a Recruiter (either a staffing agency recruiter or in an organization)

Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)

Hands on experience with various recruitment processes (video interviews, phone interviews, reference check etc)

People person, team player and strong can-do mentality

Detail-oriented, highly organized and able to multitask


Preferred Knowledge, languages, Skills and Abilities:

Ability to analyze job descriptions and candidate profiles to determine target profile needs and appropriate match.

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems, and social media channels.

Behavior-based interviewing experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong decision-making skills

Manage your open requisitions end to end. Take ownership of your job and be humble enough to ask for help when needed
