Job Summary:
In this role, you will be part of the finance team. You will prepare monthly financial statement and ensure accuracy and integrity of all financial reporting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Accounting:
- Recording month end ledger entries
- Recording AP invoices
- Intake of inter-company invoices and balancing inter-company cards
- Recording fixed asset invoices
- Bank account reconciliation
- Payment’s preparation
- Ensure the integrity of all financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with Tax laws and other regulations affecting the business
- Analyze detailed accounts as required
- Support SAP implementation
- Support the finance department on daily tasks
Basic Qualifications:
- Education: Accounting Type 3
- 5 year of business experience in an international company
- Experience with Priority- Must
- Advanced knowledge of Excel- Must
- Experience with SAP
Preferred Knowledge, languages, Skills and Abilities:
- Good understanding of US GAAP, local GAAP and local Tax law
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong analytical skills
- Maintain a high level of integrity
- Team player, building and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues in Finance and other functions in various countries and on multiple hierarchical levels
