In this role, you will be a part of the West IL Supply Chain team and in charge of customers’ sales orders placement and confirmation, sale orders administration, and customers Q&A support, as well as supporting various Supply Chain activities as required.

This role is the core facilitator of the logistics activity of the West Israel sites, responsible for the flow of goods in and out of the subcontractor’s production lines, the 3PL storage, and the transportation in between.

This role is responsible for the reporting of subcontractors’ activity in West systems

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

 

  1. Establish customers’ sale orders in the ERP system
  2. End to End follow-up over contract review process and orders confirmation, proactively push for approvals.
  3. Review and approve new orders as part of contract review process verifying shipments incoterms, customers’, and orders details to ensure correct information is entered throughout the process.
  4. Managing and communicating to West IL’s customers in supply changes related to order fulfillment
  5. Shipments and products delivery – managing the finished goods shipments’ arrangements
  6. Ensure efficient and timely communication with customers, both internal and external
  7. Placing and tracking purchase orders to sub-contractors for finished goods
  8. Reviewing and approving new orders as part of contract review process verifying shipment’s incoterms, customers’, and orders details
  9. Operate all Export activities – working with fright forwards and West’s Logistics team
  10. Building and maintaining shipments plans
  11. Generating and maintaining SO and contract review process in the ERP system.
  12. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements with regards to customers and orders management
  13. Create Purchase Orders for subcontractors based on customer orders
  14. Support materials import activity

 

Transportation planning:

  1. Execute day-to-day customer orders fulfilment, shipments, import/ export documentation and other customer related information (DMF), etc.

Basic Qualifications: 

 

  • Industrial Engineering student, or equivalent
  •  1 year of experience

 

 

Preferred Knowledge, languages, Skills and Abilities:

 

  1. Order and organization
  2. Motivated team player
  3. Working in ERP environment – (advantage)
  4. Relevant work history and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

 

 

Travel Requirements:

 

  1. Must be able to travel up to NA % of the time
