Job Summary:

In this role you will be responsible of raw material sourcing and production planning to provide best-in-class customer service performance


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Management of planning team

- Back up of the SC Manager

- Updating of SOI's

- Management of order planning from procurement to release of products in stock

- Interface between Plant and Customer Success/customers

- Interface between Plant and purchasing/suppliers

- Implementation of the production schedule as defined with the network planner

- Deployment of the SC strategy in its scope

- Follow-up of the OTIF

- Follow-up of the end of month/quarter turnover landing

- Follow-up of the I/O control of the production

- Creation and maintenance of routings/bills of material/YIELD/resources

- Confirmation of customer orders within 48 hours and follow-up until shipment

- Animation/management of continuous improvement


Basic Qualifications: 

  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management
  • Good knowledge of ERP SAP
  • Fluent English 


Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • APICS Certification
  • Experience in GMP environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of employees
  • Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description
  • Support and contribute in Lean Sigma programs and activities towards delivery of the set target
  • Able to comply with the company’s safety policy at all times
  • Able to comply with the company’s quality policy at all times.
