Job Summary
Performs necessary duties to clean tooling and support building and grounds maintenance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Using a variety or methods, cleans tools to include molds and dies.
- Identify and correct any facility and equipment related failure.
- Perform necessary preventative maintenance on plant equipment.
- Be involved with instillation and training on new equipment.
- Perform equipment moves as required.
- Perform/Support validation requirements on equipment when needed (IQ, OQ, IOQ, PQ).
- Be able to comprehend electrical wiring diagrams, pneumatic drawings, mechanical drawings, and other facilities technical information.
- Support vendors as needed.
- Support facility LEAN initiatives as to how it relates to the maintenance department.
- Perform all duties under the direction of the Plant Maintenance Supervisor or designate.
- Participate in training to become more proficient in facility and equipment related programs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Additional Responsibilities
Education
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening
- High School Diploma or GED required
Work Experience
- 2 years maintenance, technical or industrial experience,
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability work with heavy equipment
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Work independently and with teams
License and Certifications

- Must be able to lift 35 lbs. continuously and up to 75 lbs. occasionally, with or without assistance.
