Job Summary
Jn this role, you will work as a team member to monitor and maintain Quality product/standards throughout the plant operating with a 24/7 two-week rotating schedule.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This is a 12 hour- 3rd shift schedule- D shift
- Perform Inspection compliance with a variety of Quality concepts, practices, AQL sampling plans for attribute and dimensional testing
- Approve in-process production functions, incoming materials and finished product specifications
- Maintain Hold status of non-conforming materials
- Document and input data results into Quality database
- Operate measurement equipment by following operating instructions
- Properly clean assigned workstations
- Regular attendance is necessary
- Perform daily audits of the Manufacture process
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Functional understanding of cGMPs
- Basic computer skills (Excel and SAP experience preferred)
- Willing and able to work as a team to make general decisions within authorized responsibility
- Willing and able to work overtime within the department as necessary or advised
- Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description
- Support and contribute in Lean Sigma programs and activities towards delivery of the set target
- Able to comply with the company’s safety policy at all times
- Able to comply with the company’s quality policy at all times.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of related experience in support of manufacturing processes/procedures
Additional Responsibilities
- Ability to learn, understand, and remember normal tasks.
- Ability to hear, speak, and understand conversation in English in a normal tone of voice.
- Ability to see and read letters, numbers, characters, or symbols and identify colors.

- Able to frequently bend and lift product totes averaging 10-14 lbs. each from carts standing 45 inches in height
- Able to push/pull product carts weighing >180 lbs.
