Job Summary

Jn this role, you will work as a team member to monitor and maintain Quality product/standards throughout the plant operating with a 24/7 two-week rotating schedule.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

This is a 12 hour- 3rd shift schedule- D shift

Perform Inspection compliance with a variety of Quality concepts, practices, AQL sampling plans for attribute and dimensional testing
Approve in-process production functions, incoming materials and finished product specifications
Maintain Hold status of non-conforming materials
Document and input data results into Quality database
Operate measurement equipment by following operating instructions
Properly clean assigned workstations
Regular attendance is necessary
Perform daily audits of the Manufacture process
Other duties as assigned

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Functional understanding of cGMPs
Basic computer skills (Excel and SAP experience preferred)
Willing and able to work as a team to make general decisions within authorized responsibility
Willing and able to work overtime within the department as necessary or advised
Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description
Support and contribute in Lean Sigma programs and activities towards delivery of the set target
Able to comply with the company’s safety policy at all times
Able to comply with the company’s quality policy at all times.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

At least 1 year of related experience in support of manufacturing processes/procedures

Able to frequently bend and lift product totes averaging 10-14 lbs. each from carts standing 45 inches in height
Able to push/pull product carts weighing >180 lbs.

Travel Requirements

5%: Up to 13 business days per year

Physical Requirements

Sedentary-Exerting up to 10lbs/4kgs of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
