JOB SUMMARY In this role, you will be member of AP Commercial Operations team, leading and responsible for key activities like CRM adoption, SIP administration, CPQ (Configure Price Quote), Pricing Execution and Strategy, Reporting and Analytics, Market insights and some key APAC and India sales strategy related projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Active member of the AP Commercial Operations Team and India Commercial Leadership team
- Provide tools, resources and training required for the sales team to generate more opportunities and close more deals.
- Drive data integrity and accuracy in sales tools implemented (e.g. CRM, CPQ), pipeline analytics, and reporting requirements.
- Analyzes data; create and develop pipeline and reports that will deliver insights to the organization.
- In partnership and alignment with the global sales incentive lead, HR team and regional commercial leaders, design and execute on the annual Sales Incentive Plan in the region. Responsible for managing APAC Sales Incentive Plan.
- Responsible for the implementation of Key Accounts Management program, Customer Segmentation and Service levels for various functions for APAC
- Generate and disseminate market-led information and manage Injectable Knowledge Bank for India
- Work closely with India Marketing team to provide insights and be a thought partner to understand and interpret the India market environment.
- Work with relevant stakeholders to deploy pricing in a way that improves business outcomes.
- Collaborate with Global and Regional team for implementing best practices for sales enablement/sales force effectiveness for commercial excellence.
- Support business through initiatives like knowledge sharing, on-boarding, and training support, in all business-related tasks / activities, building process documentation and knowledge repositories.
- Understand the current processes and policies related to sales org, and work towards process improvements to make it efficient.
- Establish an exceptional partnership with internal stakeholders, and act as a trusted advisor to the AP Commercial Leadership team and India Country GM
- Other duties as assigned by Manager to support the APAC and India business.
