Job Summary

In this combined role, the Project and Process Improvement Manager, will be responsible for managing projects for the Integrated Systems Operations and Supply Chain team, and also driving and/or supporting new process implementations and process improvement initiatives. The position requires advanced data analysis and reporting skills, very good interpersonal skills, and flexibility to assist the team with other ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Project Management:

 

  • Lead and oversee multiple projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timeframes, milestones, resources, and budgets.
  • Coordinate project resources.
  • Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and management.

 

Process Implementation and Improvement:

 

  • Design new processes for Operations and Supply Chain as per business requirements. 
  • Analyze and evaluate current processes, identifying areas for improvement and streamlining.
  • Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change management initiatives.
  • Create and maintain process documentation

 

 Data Analysis & Reporting:

 

  • Utilize advanced Excel functions and tools to analyze data and generate insightful reports.
  • Design and develop dashboards using SAP BI and Microsoft Power BI to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting to management.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting platforms.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or proven related work experience in these areas. 

Work Experience

  • Minimum of eight (8) years of proven experience in project management.
  • Minimum of five (5) year of experience in process implementation and optimization (consultant or functional lead role) 

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong Project Management skills and proficiency with MS Project.
  • Six Sigma methodologies knowledge (e.g. Green Belt or above certification preferred)
  • Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
  • Experience with SAP BI and Microsoft Power BI (or other similar reporting tool) for reporting and data visualization.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

License and Certifications

  • PMP (Preferred)
  • Six Sigma (Preferred)

Additional Requirements

  • Be able to work on site from Exton, Pennsylvania, minimum 3 days a week - full week preferred.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description

10%: Up to 26 business days per year

Physical Requirements

Light-Exerting up to 20lbs/9kg of force frequently, and/or negligible amount of force frequently constantly to move objects.
