Job Summary:
The Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading a global recruiting team of 25+ team members and overseeing the full spectrum of talent attraction, recruiting strategies, and operations. This role will be responsible for the advancement and management of all policies, processes, systems, and efforts associated with recruiting, including designing and executing recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates; applying data and analytics to proactively identify and address workforce planning needs; and evaluating and refining sourcing and selection procedures.  Advancing our application of data and analytics to advise the business, systems and processes enhancements, recruitment marketing, and diversity and community relationships are important aspects of the role.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•    Create and implement metrics-driven talent acquisition strategies for the recruiting lifecycle for a global workforce at all levels from hourly to salaried positions, including pipeline development and talent networks
•    Partner with the business and HR to drive workforce planning, manage headcount goals and align hiring to our corporate strategy - including levels, roles, alternative talent pools, and constraints - and mobilize resources to deliver on all hiring needs effectively.
•    Analyze and apply insights from reporting and dashboards to inform decisions, consult to the business, deliver on key metrics, and optimize the impact of recruiting
•    Manage relationships with external agencies and partners to drive efficiencies, ensure a positive candidate experience, identify top talent, and deliver on the regional needs of the business
•    Support and coach the team to strengthen their capabilities to serve as strategic advisors and to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction
•    Partner with Communications team for all employer branding efforts that drive more effective candidate engagement and self-selection
•    Apply experience with Applicant Tracking Systems implementation and partner with Digital & Technology team for all process and system requirements supporting recruiting – from SuccessFactors integration with internal and external tools to recruiting marketing and outreach to job requirements and evaluation                documentation. 
•    Advance policies, process, strategies, and local outreach to help drive increased diversity across the new hires and actively drive fairness and equity in hiring process, complying with all local laws and regulations. 
•    Responsible for compliance efforts associated with workforce regulations (e.g., OFCCP, EEO) and local law requirements associated with candidate engagement, privacy, selection processes, etc.


Basic Qualifications: 
•    Bachelor’s degree or years of experience in lieu of degree
•    At least 10 years of work-related experience
•    At least 5 years managing a corporate recruiting team and function
•    Strong data & analytics skills and command of Excel and Power BI 
•    Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with & influence stakeholders
•    Ability to be both strategic and creative, and to be detail-oriented and excel at execution


Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
•    Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and talent management 
•    Strong attention to detail; excellent analytical skills
•    Keep informed of changes to legal requirements
•    Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with various levels and functions within the organization, develop relationships, influence in a matrix organization, active listening and execution skills

 

Travel Requirements:
•    Must be able to travel up to 15% of the time 

 

Physical and Mental Requirements:
Sedentary - exerting up to 10lbs/4kgs of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to life, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.  Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.  Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met
•    Office environment
•    Must be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
