Job Summary:

In this role, you will support the Treasury Manager in various activities related to banking, borrowing, cash management, foreign currency exchange and accounting for these activities. This role interacts with various other departments and provides information that is relied upon by other personnel throughout the company. 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, track, and report on cash flow activity to support short-term investment decisions or borrowing needs.
  • Execute daily manual payment requests received from AP, AR, Payroll and Tax.
  • Participate in successful implementation of the Treasury Management Workstation.
  • Assist in the management of banking relationships and administration while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Maintain analysis of bank fees paid to the Company's relationship banks for use by management in selecting banks for new products and services.
  • Complete back-office settlement processes for foreign currency purchases.
  • Provide supporting documentation to internal and external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audit and any ad-hoc audits.
  • Prepare and mail quarterly covenant compliance letters to all debtholders.
  • Provide support for ad-hoc Treasury needs from various departments.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Basic Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Treasury experience preferred, preferably using SAP or other Treasury Management System. 
  • Ability to manage time and multiple priorities with limited supervision. 
  • Effective and professional communication skills – both oral and written. 
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills required.
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail required.
