This is a 3 days onsite role in Eschweiler, Germany. Candidates applying must be located or willing to relocate to the site location.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator. This Working Student role (19 hours a week) will play an essential role in the Talent Acquisition function by ensuring each of our candidates have a positive candidate interview and hiring experience. In this role, the job holder will work closely with our global Talent Acquisition team and our internal clients to deliver a seamless candidate experience in support of our recruitment lifecycle activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensures a positive candidate experience throughout entire recruiting lifecycle via support of our Eschweiler Talent Acquisition team
  • Schedule and confirm virtual and onsite interviews for our German sites; communicates arrangements with both candidates and interviewers
  • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely responses and confirmations
  • Administers candidate assessments, if needed
  • Supports coordination of recruiting events (virtual/in-person) to include managing vendors, supply shipment and ordering, and managing the event calendar/attendees, as needed
  • Assist with talent acquisition function as needed.  Duties could include editing requisitions, updating job descriptions, contacting candidates for initial phone screens, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned

Education

  • Is currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program
  • Demonstrated proficiency of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is required
  • Excellent German verbal and written communication skills
  • English verbal and written communication skills required

Work Experience

  • Experience in a recruiting admin or coordinator role desired

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build trust, maximize relationships, and interact with different levels within our organization
  • Detail-oriented, proactive and organized with the ability to solve problems under tight deadlines
  • Excellent planning, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills are essential. The ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities with deadlines is required
  • Passion for efficiency, automation, and productivity
  • Personable, approachable, and friendly
  • The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately

Physical Requirements

Sedentary-Exerting up to 10lbs/4kgs of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
