Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Technical process expert and value creator in technical and procedural matters
  • Support of the Area Manager
  • Coordination of special measures within the production context such as projects, implementation of new articles, or support of different departments
  • Technical contact person for the area as well as a link to preceding and subsequent processes (Compounding / Finishing)
  • Collaboration with Service & Support and Process Engineering to stabilize and improve current processes and introduce new processes
  • Total Production Management (TPM)
  • Participation in qualification and validation of machines and equipment
  • Improvement and advancement of deviations and discrepancies
  • Participation in projects (e.g., introduction of new technologies)

Education

  • Successfully completed technical vocational training and further education as a technician 

Work Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in a production environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office
  • Fluent in German and good English skills in both speaking and writing
  • Successfully completed Lean and Six Sigma training (Yellow Belt) or willingness to complete the training
  • High technical understanding and commitment
  • Strong safety, quality and responsibility awareness
  • Structured planning and independent target-oriented working style
  • High focus on continuous improvement
