Job Summary
This role will be responsible for planning, purchasing, and managing the direct materials required to execute the production schedule. This role will be expected to analyze inventory levels and usage to achieve optimal positions between material coverage and obsolescence risk.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Scheduling incoming customer orders and determining delivery dates.
- Planning production orders utilizing available washing, ENV, and autoclave capacities.
- Optimizing the use and maintenance of the planning system.
- Identifying backlogs and developing solutions.
- Ensuring on-time and in-full delivery of customer and trading goods orders (OTIF).
- Creating, scheduling, and tracking rework orders.
- Planning and coordinating logistics tasks and their interfaces.
- Improving workflows and interface processes, also concerning reporting.
Education
- Completed studies in business/technology or solid commercial/technical training with experience in production planning/work preparation.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Good computer skills (MS Office), SAP knowledge (PP, MM, SD).
- SAP S/4 HANA knowledge is desirable.
- Good organizational and planning skills.
