Job Summary:

In this role you will perform activities to support and carry out responsibilities for West’s Global Audit Program.  In close collaboration with internal stakeholders, you will ensure material, component and service suppliers on technical and quality issues.

 

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • You will audit business processes and follow-up to ensure CAPA completion for West Supplier Audits and Internal Corporate Facility Audits
  • According to audit program priorities, you will coordinate and realize global audits
  • You will play an active role of the continual development of the global auditor training matrix and in providing auditor training materials
  • In order to report Global Audit Program outputs, you will back the development of digital strategies
  • To define current quality trends, you will partake in the development, implementation, execution and continual improvement of supplier quality management processes and in audit evaluation
  • In collaboration with Supplier Quality Management and Procurement, you will ensure alignment with supplier risk mitigation strategy
  • To ensure compliance with all related external requirements, internal procedures or instructions, you will review, revise and create operating procedures
  • You will drive continuous quality improvement projects across the enterprise

 

 

Your Qualifications:

  • To succeed in this role, you will have at least Bachelor's degree in Science or related field
  • You bring three years of experience in Quality Assurance and one year in audit including hosting, preferably in a medical device or pharma industry
  • An understanding of the interpretation and application of quality standards in a regulated environment such as 21CFR 210 211, ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and ISO 15378 rounds off your profile
  • Strong communication and technical writing skills, interpretation of data, interpersonal skills, ability to work on and lead teams
  • While dealing with a varied of projects and challenges, you have strong problem-solving capabilities and make independent as well as sound judgments
  • To work across cultures with all levels of organizational as well with different functions, you have excellent communication skills in English. German or French skills would be a plus
