Job Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for customer complaint handling and organisation of customer audits.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Organization, support and follow-up of internal and external customer audits
- Representation of the plant during audits and customer consultations
- Leading interdisciplinary teams to implement corrective measures
- Coordination and processing of customer complaints and customer specifications
- Collaboration in problem-solving and improvement projects in the plant with the Process Engineering and Operations departments
- Support in the creation of risk analyses
- Creating test plans according to article specifications as well as checking and releasing work plans in SAP
Education
- Successfully completed studies in a scientific field (biotechnology, chemical engineering, process engineering, pharmacy or similar)
- Several years of practical work experience in a comparable position and in the field of quality assurance
- Confident handling of MS Office programs
- SAP user knowledge is desirable
- Very good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken)
- Commitment, sense of responsibility, independent and structured working style
- High customer orientation as well as an engaging and confident demeanor
- Very good project management skills and an independent, solution-oriented way of working
