Your Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating internal and external trainings by supporting both trainers and participants as well as planning and preparing rooms
  • Supporting the onboarding process and conducting the new hire basic training
  • Advertising trainings by regularly communicating to our sites
  • Handling invoices of trainings in SAP
  • Working with the local Learning Management System by tracking and maintaining trainings
  • Understanding e-learning techniques as well as supporting the creation and delivery of e-learning packages
  • Backing effective and appropriate evaluation of all training programs delivered
  • Liaising with key stakeholders in the coordination of learning programs


Your Profile:

  • Currently enrolled Master’s or advanced Bachelor’s student in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, Learning & Development, Education, Organizational Development, or comparable
  • Initial working experience, e.g. through previous internships preferred
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office tools, such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams
  • Self-motivated individual with a passion for and key interest in career development within Human Resources or Learning & Development
  • High level of personal resilience, able to remain highly effective and flexible in changing business circumstances
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as a customer-oriented mindset
  • Fluent German and basic English skills, both verbal and in writing
