Job Summary:

Working closely with the regional and global IT team, the IT Support, Germany is responsible for the development and efficient operation of all aspects of the site infrastructure and end user devices in accordance with company policies and procedures. The role performs duties in accordance with IT best practices and applicable regulatory requirements.


Your main responsibilities:

  • Provide professional support for IT systems and end users in the facility including but not limited to: store floor systems (SFS), manufacturing execution systems (MES), virtual and physical servers, LAN/WAN equipment, desktop computers and laptops, communications and collaboration systems.
  • Drive troubleshooting and problem determination/resolution.
  • Actively participate in local and regional IT projects
  • Point of contact for questions related to the network and IT infrastructure components
  • Participate in the "on-call" support rotation


Your profile:

  • Successfully completed training as an IT specialist or comparable training
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT support, IT hotline support or IT operations, ideally in a regulated production environment
  • Knowledge of desktop support including MS Office Suite, MS Windows Server Administration, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365
  • Strong service orientation
  • High level of initiative, reliability and sense of responsibility
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent German and business fluent English skills
