Job Summary:
As part of a parental leave replacement, we are looking for an HR Business Partner or a Junior HR Business Partner - initially limited for 1 year. As a Business Partner, the main focus is on supporting and advising managers and employees. In addition, there are interesting projects that shape the HR work of tomorrow and drive a modern HR strategy. Initial experience is therefore desirable for us. We are looking forward to welcoming experienced specialists as well as motivated and committed newcomers to professional life.
Your main tasks
- Competent support and advice for managers and employees in all personnel management and labor law issues
- Personnel support from hiring to leaving
- Advice and support in the implementation of individual personnel measures
- Independent coordination and implementation of the recruitment process for specialists and executives
- Management and support of HR projects, change processes and process optimizations
- Participation and responsibility in the implementation and execution of digital processes and workflows
- Support in the implementation of a modern, internationally oriented HR strategy
- Constructive and cooperative collaboration with employee representatives
Your profile
- Successfully completed degree, ideally with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in operational and strategic HR work, ideally in an international manufacturing company
- Experienced handling of MS Office and SAP desirable
- Practical experience in change management and in the implementation of operational and strategic HR topics in a dynamic production environment
- Solid knowledge of labor law
- Strong service and customer orientation as well as solution-oriented thinking and acting
- Independent, proactive work style, hands-on mentality and high team orientation
- High level of communication and consulting skills
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
