Your main tasks

• Optimization of existing production processes, such as the analysis of error causes, statistical product tracking and evaluation of articles, ad hoc troubleshooting
• Implementation of new production technologies
• Implementation of the Quality by Design concept before the introduction of new products
• Implementation of optimization projects or continuous process improvements based on customer requirements and requests
• Implementation and coordination of validation projects for new machines and processes
• Implementation and coordination of customer and development projects 

Your profile

• Completed technical engineering studies in the field of mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, chemistry or similar courses of study specializing in production technology
• Ideally first to several years of professional experience in manufacturing companies, preferably in a pharmaceutical environment, including cGMP knowledge
• Experience in the areas of validation or qualification, capability analyses and analysis of production processes according to process engineering, quality-related and business management aspects
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and project management is desirable
• High cost and quality awareness as well as analytical thinking
• Structured way of working, ability to work in a team and communication skills
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
