Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team Customer Success Analytics & Digital Solutions Team as an Order to Cash Process Analyst and SOP Writer. The successful candidate will be responsible for mapping our order to cash process, identifying areas for improvement, and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations and ensure consistency. This role requires an understanding of order to cash processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and map the end-to-end order to cash process, including sales order management, pricing, billing, and revenue recognition.
  • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement within the order to cash cycle.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and IT to gather input and validate process mappings.
  • Support the development of detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) according to ISO 9001 standards,  documenting each step of the order to cash process.
  • Ensure SOPs are accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to validate SOPs and incorporate feedback as needed.
  • Communicate process changes and updates to relevant stakeholders and provide training as necessary.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of SOPs, making recommendations for revisions or enhancements as needed.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to support process improvement initiatives and system implementations.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or completed vocational training (apprenticeship) and respective professional experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in process analysis, business process mapping, or related roles.
  • understanding of order to cash processes and their interdependencies.
  • Experience documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or other process documentation.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Knowledge in process mapping tools and software (e.g., Visio).
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and build relationships across functions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to order to cash processes (e.g., Sarbanes-Oxley, GDPR).
  • Previous experience in the manufacturing, retail, or distribution industry.
