Job Summary:
HSE Senior manager is in charge of the global HSE management of the plant, setting standards, diagnosis management system and practices, coaching (including the Senior Leadership Team, SLT), audits and roadmap.
Functional links with Group HSE director.
- Manage the Health-Safety-Environment department (Nurse + HSE specialist)
- Define, manage and optimize the site's HSE policy, in compliance with current regulations
- Manage the site's HSE prevention program / Make sure of understanding and application of corporate HSE rules
- Report to management on the site's HSE results and lead plant HSE roadmap / Give direct feedback (+ and -) to plant managers and safety delegates
- Visit / audit / train / coach on the Gemba and all management line up to SLT
- Guarantee the efficient of implementation of Safety toolbox
- Diagnose situation and propose priority actions
- Lead the people transformation plan / safety behavior in partnership with Sr HR Manager.
- The incumbent is aware of his or her particular responsibility for quality in compliance with the company's quality policy at all times
- Diagnose and lead CO2 and Climat Change roadmap
- Actively contribute to obtaining and maintaining GMP certification
Basic Qualifications:
- Engineering / Master in HSE
- 10 successful years in HSE industrial site in operations. Pharma or high demanding industry
- Autonomy, rigor, negotiating skills, authority, composure, organization, ability to work as part of a team, adaptability
- Ability to communicate, listen and seek consensus
- Fluency in English essential
