Job Summary:

 

The Enterprise Busines Analyst,D&T is a role within the Digital and Transformation team which works independently on User Experience initiatives and has a quick learning curve. The role should demonstrate ability on Functional Analysis, UX Design, UX Industrialization and data analysis and able to apply these effectively in problem solving. This role provides practical support with a high degree of customer excitement, expertise, and timeliness as it relates to Enterprise UX applications.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•    Able to work effectively and independently across functional areas in a collaborative environment.
•    As a Business Analyst, understand business processes across the enterprise business functions such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales/Customer Success, HSE etc. and convert them into powerful digital solutions.
•    Maintain UX industrialization standards across the enterprise. Apply these standards as a mandate during the very early stages of software development to ensure a highly usable product.
•    Develop testing and validation mechanisms with the UI development team to create a constant feedback loop for faster iterations.
•    Test the solution independently from a functional standpoint to ensure completeness of requirements and error free product.
•    Take ownership in their respective area of the product, ensuring periodic verifications and validations. 
•    Apply principles of design thinking, abstraction and UX industrialization.
•    Document procedures for system updates and maintenance.
•    Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.

 

Education and Experience:
•    Bachelor’s degree in engineering stream (preferably Information Technology / Computer Science) or Business Administration / Design or equivalent
•    3-5 years of relevant experience. 
•    Prior experiences in UX Design, UI Development, UX Product Management preferred.

 

Preferred knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
•    Deep functional understanding & experience in one or more enterprise business areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales/Customer Success, HSE etc. 
•    Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes & data.
•    Organized and meticulous with commitment to accuracy and quality in all tasks
•    Highly enthusiastic about demonstrating superior customer service.
•    Strong aptitude for learning and implementing new technology.
•    Proficiency in MS Office.
•    Comply with all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description
•    Comply with the company’s safety and quality policies.

 

Physical and Travel Requirements 
•    15% travel, including global travel. 
•    Occasional on-call work required. 
•    Prefer 12pm – 9pm India time. Willingness to work outside of these hours as needed. 
•    Ability to work in a global and virtual environment and to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
