Job Summary:
The Analyst, HR Shared Services is a role within the Digital and Transformation team which works independently on operational tasks and has a quick learning curve. The role should demonstrate superior learning ability on systems, processes and data and apply effectively for day-to-day operations and problem solving. This role provides practical support with a high degree of customer satisfaction, expertise and timeliness as it relates to HR data, processes and HRIS systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supports Shared Services efforts for the organization by processing day-to-day transactions including but not limited to new hires, employee data changes, organizational changes terminations & retirements, local time, payroll and benefit changes.
• Completes accurate data entries into appropriate HRIS systems within established guidelines, meeting the SLAs and maintaining high levels of communication throughout the process with all stakeholders
• Monitors the HR change request queues and addresses requests, questions and issues in a timely manner
• Performs the role as Tier-1 support for questions and issues coming from employees, managers and HR partners globally and meet a high degree of customer satisfaction by providing top-shelf support within defined SLAs
• Participate in HRIS related projects, such as implementations, upgrades and/or configuration changes.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all processes and data and participate in regular audits to ensure adherence to protocols and SLAs
• Partner with IT teams to define technical blueprint for HR technology enhancements, participate in requirements analysis and vet technical solutions to meet business requirements.
• Provide training on new functionality as required.
• Document procedures for system updates and maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology / Human Resources or equivalent
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in HR Shared Services Role is preferred but not required .
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Breadth of expertise in the following:
o Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes & data
o Highly organized and meticulous with extreme commitment to accuracy and quality in all tasks
o Highly enthusiastic about demonstrating superior customer service
o Strong aptitude for learning HR processes & data
o Strong aptitude for learning new technology
o Ability to work independently, including managing own workflow and deadlines, with ongoing attention to ever-changing priorities and stakeholder needs
o Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills
o Proficiency in MS Office
o Experience with managing global HR processes & data within SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors is preferred but not required
• Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description
• Able to comply with the company’s safety and quality policies at all times.
Physical and Travel Requirements
• Occasional on-call work required
• Willing to work in 12:00pm to 9:pm shift
