Job Summary
The Operations Assistant (m/f/d) supports the Production Manager with administrative, organizational, and coordinating tasks in day-to-day operations.
The goal of this position is to ensure a smooth flow of information, efficient processes, and structured support for the Production Management team.The work primarily takes place in the administrative environment of production, with regular contact with production-related areas.
The position requires a good understanding of operational processes and the ability to work in a structured and solution-oriented manner in a dynamic environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Supporting the Production Manager in the planning, organization, and follow-up of operational matters
- Coordinating and preparing meetings, appointments, and production cycles
- Creating, maintaining, and tracking minutes, action lists, and status reports
- Preparing key performance indicators, analyses, and presentations for the Production Manager
- Supporting communication between production, quality, logistics, engineering, HR, and other interfaces
- Managing and maintaining documents, reports, and internal records
- Following up on open tasks, escalations, and actions from production meetings
- Supporting shift, vacation, or resource planning as needed
- Contributing to the improvement of administrative processes within production
- Supporting internal audits, training, and documentation requirements
- Organizing visitor appointments, internal events, or coordination meetings in the production environment
- Ensuring structured filing and information management
- Handling general administrative tasks for the Production Manager
Education
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training or a similar qualification
Work Experience
- Initial professional experience in a comparable position
- Ideally, experience in an internationally operating company

- Sound knowledge of MS Office and SAP is desirable
- Good written and spoken English skills
Pay Transparency:
The annual base salary range for this position is €39,864.00 - €50,736.00. Total target compensation is determined using objective and gender-neutral criteria, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, market benchmarks, geographic location, and the scope and responsibilities of the role.
This position may be eligible for variable compensation and other incentive programs in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans within the country of employment. In addition, team members are eligible to participate in the company’s benefits and total rewards programs applicable to their location and employment status.
