Job Summary
We are looking for a Production Team Leader on the weekends for our site in Horsens. Here, you will become part of a strong community where quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement are key values.
As Team Leader, you will be responsible for the daily management and coordination of approximately 30 hourly employees in our Lining/Westar department on the weekend shift. You will play a key role in ensuring stable operations, high quality, and the continued development of our production processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Leading and actively participating in daily board meetings
- Ensuring high productivity and quality, as well as handling unforeseen incidents and implementing corrective actions
- Managing administrative tasks such as ordering consumables and following up on employee time records
- Promoting continuous improvements using LEAN principles and ensuring efficient changeovers
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and conduct policies
- Working closely with engineers and maintenance regarding equipment optimization
- Participating in cross-functional collaboration with other departments and projects
Education
- Technical or production-related vocational education—for example as a production technologist, marine engineer, or equivalent
Work Experience
- Experience from a manufacturing environment, preferably with knowledge of GMP and LEAN
- Documented experience in people management within a manufacturing company
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills—in both Danish and English

Pay Transparency:
The annual base salary for this position is kr634,300.00. Total target compensation is determined using objective and gender-neutral criteria, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, market benchmarks, geographic location, and the scope and responsibilities of the role.
This position may be eligible for variable compensation and other incentive programs in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans within the country of employment. In addition, team members are eligible to participate in the company’s benefits and total rewards programs applicable to their location and employment status.
