Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Programming of CNC machines using DIN or Heidenhain controls
  • Manufacturing of forming and cutting tools, including proper machining
  • Performing milling operations
  • Working accurately according to technical drawings
  • Cleaning production tools in accordance with work instructions
  • Carrying out minor repairs on tools
  • Performing maintenance and cleaning work on machine tools
  • Documenting completed tasks
  • Compliance with ISO and GMP guidelines
  • Active support regarding occupational health and safety

Education

  • Successfully completed vocational training as a cutting machine operator (machining technician), precision mechanic, or similar qualification with a focus on milling technology

Work Experience

  • Initial relevant professional experience in a comparable position

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Independent and responsible working style
  • High level of quality awareness and careful working approach
  • Ability to work in a team
