Job Summary
In this role, the position holder will ensure the proper organization and smooth execution of work processes in the raw, auxiliary, and operating materials warehouse (RHB) in Stolberg, as well as the correct storage and handling of materials within the RHB warehouse.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Definition and monitoring of processes in the RHB warehouse for the areas of goods receipt, storage, and material staging according to daily operational requirements (on time and in the required quality)
- Leading and motivating employees in the RHB warehouse, including participation in the selection of new employees and temporary agency workers
- Inventory checks, stocktaking, and related documentation, including external raw material warehouses
- Posting warehouse movements in SAP
- Ordering office consumables
- Recording measurement values for temperature and humidity
- Monitoring the forklift fleet for the Stolberg site
- Monitoring, releasing, and configuring ISM driver chips
- Initiating and coordinating the annual rack inspection for the Stolberg site
Education
- Successfully completed degree in business administration or a completed commercial apprenticeship
Work Experience
- Several years of professional experience in Supply Chain
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Independent working style with strong goal orientation and problem-solving skills
License and Certifications
- Manufacturing\Forklift Certification preferred
