Job Summary
This position is an onsite role responsible for inventory analysis, stock accuracy, and cycle count support. Participates in global inventory forums, provides data-driven insights, and supports decisions on slow-moving and obsolete inventory.
Also supports ongoing logistics operations, ensuring smooth coordination across supply chain functions and efficient execution of daily activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor, track, and manage all inventory transactions in SAP daily, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Support and coordinate weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycles across all warehouse locations, including subcontractors
- Analyze inventory discrepancies and liaise with Finance to investigate and resolve variances
- Represent the site logistics team in monthly global inventory forums and present key insights, risks, and action plans.
- Address and follow up on MRB (Material Review Board) and QA-related inventory issues, ensuring proper disposition.
- Analyze inventory trends (slow-moving, excess, and obsolete stock) and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure inventory master data accuracy (material status, location, parameters) in SAP.
- Support logistics operations and coordinate with transportation, warehousing, and procurement teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain and track inventory KPIs (accuracy, aging, write-offs, count performance).
- Prepare and present inventory reports and dashboards to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and internal controls.
- Other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- BA in Logistics/ Industrial Engineering or Practical Eng with 1-3 years relative work experience.
- Fluent in English- verbal and written.
- Experience in logistics/inventory
- System oriented and high analytical skills
- Experience in ERP system- SAP highly preferred
- Proficient of Office systems

Travel Requirements
- Traveling to Subcontractors/ Warehouse within the northern district and occasional visits to the Raanana site.

- Must be able to work assigned shift(s) with overtime as required to complete assignments if necessary. Sitting and/or standing for extended periods may occur as well as getting to and from offices and building sites. If specifically necessitated by customer requirements, must be able to see with or without corrective lenses and distinguish color differences for product and safety issues. Hearing ability should be sufficient to hear and react to audible alarms from distances up to 150 feet. The ability to be able to lift and carry various items up to 50 pounds for manufacturing positions or 30 pounds for administrative positions is required.
