Job Summary

As a key member of the West Talent Acquisition team, this person will help us shape the future talent profile of West. You will work closely with the global Talent function to develop and manage best in class recruitment processes and procedures. You will be responsible for assisting with systems, processes and TA data & analytics. Additionally, this individual will manage key administrative processes to ensure our team is innovative and compliant.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support global Talent Acquisition teams with standardized processes tools, and operational best practices.
  • Develop and maintain job guides and process documentation to ensure consistency and clarity across regions.
  • Analyze TA data using advanced Excel techniques, including pivot tables to identify trends, insights, and areas of improvement.
  • Create and deliver presentations and reports using PowerPoint for stakeholders for training purposes.
  • Execute global communications related to TA processes updates, ensuring clear and consistent messaging.
  • Conduct regular TA audits to ensure compliance with internal standards and identify process gaps.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, recruiting teams, and other stakeholders to improve operational efficiency.
  • Performs quarterly audits for Global TA Team. 
  • Assist with supporting implementation and optimization of new TA systems, workflows, and reporting dashboards. 
  • Assist with maintaining Talent Acquisition SharePoint site and identifying and maintaining alternate venues for successful communication, training, and dissemination of information.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of HS/ GED education and minimum of 2 years of related business experience required.

Additional Requirements

  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) required.

Work Experience

  • Prior experience in a recruiting, HR, or coordinating role required
  • Minimum of 1-year professional experience with experience in Talent Acquisition preferred
  • Experience working with global teams preferred

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build trust, maximize relationships, and interact with all levels within our organization, are essential
  • Excellent planning, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills are essential. The ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities with deadlines are required
  • Extremely detail-oriented, proactive, and organized with the ability to solve problems under tight timelines
  • Advance analytical acumen in various reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, etc.
  • The ability to recognize opportunities and assess risks before they become trends is necessary
  • The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Ability to manage a robust pipeline of projects with multiple stakeholders and competing timelines
  • Passion for efficiency, automation, and productivity
  • Ability to comply with the company’s safety and quality policy at all times
