Job Summary
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Owns the full financial planning and analysis to support strategy formulation and implementation, recommends actions and helps setting short- and long-term objectives.
- Proactively identifies and addresses significant variances from budget, prior year and/or forecast. Where applicable, proactively drives corrective actions necessary to improve performance.
- Supports setting strategy as part of the annual budget.
- Prepares ad-hoc analyses and builds financial models to inform strategies and investment recommendations.
- Designs, develops and implements methods and strategies to continually improve processes and capital decision making for major strategic initiatives.
- Lead digitization leveraging SAP, Power BI, and technology led initiatives to drive real time decision making.
- Provides financial analyses in support of strategic investment decisions and other projects, including capital investments (PERs).
- Required periodically to lead global projects involving financial systems implementation and standardization of FPandA processes.
- Leverages external best practices for developing and implementing state-of-the-art reporting and analyses.
- Works closely with the Controller’s group to understand actual results and impacts, as well as, developing improved reporting of business results.

Education
- Bachelor's Degree Finance or Accounting required
- Master's Degree MBA, CMA and/or CPA preferred preferred
- or equivalent experience
Work Experience
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, Finance Business Partnering, General Accounting, or other related areas. required

- Excellent technical and analytical skills in finance, forecasting, financial analysis, and budgeting.
- Understanding of business disciplines to develop, analyze and interpret financial data.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment on a global basis.

- Present analyses and advocate recommended actions to a variety of audiences with self-confidence.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and drive projects to completion with tight timelines.

- Superior verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Strong work ethic and integrity to handle confidential/sensitive information.
- Ability to make recommendations and decisions independently.
- Experience using tools and systems such as SAP HANA, Hyperion, PowerBI, SAP BI, Microsoft Office products etc.
- Ability to lead teams and build effective working relationships both internally and externally.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter and results oriented independent worker.
- Able to be aware of all relevant standard operating procedures as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description
- Support and contribute to Lean Sigma programs and activities towards delivery of the set target
