Apprentice IT

The job holder works closely with the regional and global D&T team to support the developing and operating of all aspects of the site’s infrastructure and End User devices in line with corporate guidelines and procedures. Performs duties in line with best D&T practices and applicable regulatory requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assist the local Technical Support team to provide support for IT systems and End-Users in the facility, including, but not limited to: Shop Floor Systems (SFS), desktop computers and laptops, communication, and collaboration systems
Assist with troubleshooting and problem determination/resolution
Support the local technical Support team to collaborate with the regional and global D&T organization to maintain the service catalogue and Service level agreements in alignment with global / regional & site-specific IT services
Participate in local D&T projects
Performs other duties as assigned based on business needs
Other duties as assigned

Contribuer activement à l’obtention et au maintien de la certification ISO 15378.
Dans le cadre de la politique des Bonnes pratiques de fabrication (« GMP » en anglais), des objectifs et des plans d’action établis : veiller scrupuleusement au respect des règles et à la bonne application des procédures notamment en ce qui concerne l’hygiène personnelle, la propreté, la manipulation des produits, la contamination croisée sur les mélanges d’articles (dans le cas d’intervention terrain).
Exécuter les activités de maintenance préventive et toutes tâches opérationnelles.
Assurer l’administration et l’évolution des systèmes informatiques.
Assurer une aide aux utilisateurs sur les logiciels standards définis par le groupe.
Assurer la formation des utilisateurs sur les logiciels standards définis par le groupe.

Education

Enrolled student in computer science or a similar study program (ideally with a bachelor's degree in computer science)
Prior experience of IT support and / or IT operations would be a plus

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Desktop support inclusive MS Office Suite
Microsoft Active Directory (Nice-to-have)
Microsoft Office 365 (Nice-to-have)
Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
Strong service orientation
Good English skills
