Electrical Engineer
Department: Maintenance
Job Summary
In this role, you will organize, plan, and execute preventive and corrective electrical maintenance activities in accordance with the relevant SOPs. Planning, Project management, as well as the execution and supervision of investment activities, are also part of your responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepares all necessary SOIs for the proper functioning of electrical equipment used in the plant and performs technical supervision of maintenance technicians.
- Supports the Department Manager in daily activities related to the supervision and organization of electrical maintenance and engineering activities, and cooperates with the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Keeps records of performed repairs, modifications, or reconstructions of electrical equipment in the plant.
- Responsible for the technical documentation of electrical equipment in the plant.
- Monitors and ensures compliance with legislation, regulations, and standards related to electrical equipment.
- Plans the necessary spare parts and other technical materials for electrical equipment and, based on this, creates purchase requisitions.
- Performs technical acceptance of spare parts and technical materials, and keeps records of needs, inventory, and used or consumed spare parts and materials.
- Participates in annual maintenance budget planning.
- Cooperates directly with external contractors engaged in the development of new facilities, reconstructions, implementation of new equipment, and repairs.
- Executes all necessary GMP-related validations for manufacturing equipment and facilities.
- Creates reports and analyses of the condition of electrical equipment.
- Participates in the creation and implementation of plans for electrical equipment overhauls.
- Responsible for calibration of measuring equipment in accordance with the relevant ESOP.
- Provides proposals for preventive maintenance and SOI improvements.
- Provides suggestions for equipment and process improvements and actively participates in equipment problem‑solving.
- Participates in investment activities and projects, including execution and supervision.
- Responsible for the SAP PM module for electrical equipment.
- Together with the Maintenance Supervisor, is responsible for implementing Health, Safety, Environmental Protection, and Fire Protection measures in daily activities.
- Represents the Department in customer and internal audits.
Your Profile
- University degree - Electrical engineering
- At least 3 years of experience at same or similar jobs
- English language knowledge (Intermediate level minimum)
- Computer skills (MS Office, AutoCAD 2D)
