Job Summary

Performs necessary duties to clean tooling and support building maintenance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Using a variety or methods, cleans tools to include molds and dies.
Identify and correct any facility and equipment related failure.
Perform necessary preventative maintenance on plant equipment.
Be involved with instillation and training on new equipment.
Perform equipment moves as required.
Perform/Support validation requirements on equipment when needed (IQ, OQ, IOQ, PQ).
Be able to comprehend electrical wiring diagrams, pneumatic drawings, mechanical drawings, and other facilities technical information.
Support vendors as needed.
Support facility LEAN initiatives as to how it relates to the maintenance department.
Perform all duties under the direction of the Plant Maintenance Supervisor or designate.
Participate in training to become more proficient in facility and equipment related programs.
Other duties as assigned.

Education

High School Diploma or GED Required

Work Experience

1 year Manufacturing Expereince

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Basic understanding of machine operability and mechanical assemblies.
Available for overtime, self-starter, a team player and should be able to work independently.

Travel Requirements

None: No travel required

Physical Requirements

Heavy-Exerting up to 100lbs/45kg of force occasionally and/or up to 50lb/22kg of force frequently, and/or up to 20lbs/9kg of force constantly to move objects.

Shift

This shift is Monday - Friday 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM.
