Job Summary

This position is responsible for developing and delivering Site Support services for Company operations across Asia. The role is accountable for designing, building, and continuously enhancing site infrastructure and end-user services in alignment with corporate standards, guidelines, and procedures. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead a regional Digital and Transformation team to administer and support site infrastructure and EUC services.  
  • Strategically collaborate with groups within Digital and Transformation (infrastructure, cybersecurity, etc.) and across the organization (QA and Lab) to ensure global infrastructure support for site infrastructure. 
  • Work with leadership team to plan for major key initiatives including automation, compliance and digitization. 
  • Maintain server-based systems to be compliant with cGXP and all data integrity standards to control costs, reduce risks and improve productivity. 
  • Evaluate data generated and/or stored within the system to provide ad hoc and long-term reporting solutions that address business needs and identify process gaps. 
  • Implement and maintain an efficient solution for backup, archiving and restore of electronic raw data on computer systems in the lab. 
  • Mentor and grow Digital and Transformation support team members. 
  • Responsible for the availability and performance of global server-based computer systems. 
  • Drive continuous improvement process from technology-side using best industry practice 
  • Responsible for the updated inventory list of computerized systems globally. 
  • Initiate and review documents such as investigations, work instructions, SOPs, etc, as assigned. 
  • Research, recommend, develop and/or implements new software/upgrades and systems to increase compliance and efficiency. 
  • Ensures that new systems and software are properly integrated with existing processes and capabilities. 
  • Participate in rotating "on-call" support. This includes coordinating support with the software vendors as needed. 
  • Keep current with new technologies and cGXP regulations, including Data integrity. 
  • Has an in-depth understanding of and can communicate/educate the team on the Digital and Transformation related requirements to achieve and maintain cGMP and Data Integrity compliance. 
  • Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules. Assist with audits from both clients and regulatory agencies. 
  • Act as a global point of contact to coordinate the harmonization of applications to improve compliance and operational efficiency. 

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering. 

Work Experience

  • 8 years leading regional IT Teams in manufacturing environment.

  • Ability to manage a team and drive delivery with collaboration of local and global teams. 
  • Ability to work in a virtual environment in a global organization and to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. 
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and complex environment with a self-motivated work ethic; utilize sound judgment with an ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency. 
  • Proficient English language skills 
  • Willingness to global travel 
  • Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description 
  • Able to comply with the company’s safety and quality policy at all times 
  • Knowledge of cGMP regulations, and validating cGMP computer systems
