Job Summary

This position will assist in all areas of Warehouse functions, as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the movement of materials across Warehouse, Inspection, Production, and Molding areas, ensuring accurate completion of SAP transactions.
  • Perform monthly inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Load and unload trailers, including finished goods for customers and semi-finished products to/from outside storage areas, etc.
  • Maintain warehouse organization and safety by properly stacking materials, keeping aisles clear, and ensuring overall cleanliness.
  • Monitor and replenish copy room supplies and manage the recycling processes.
  • Support various warehouse operations and assist cross departments, as needed.
  • Complete additional tasks and responsibilities, as assigned.

Education

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Work Experience

  • Must have at least 3 years of material handling experience.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Must be able to work from heights.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with the ability to operate the company van.
  • Must have at least 3 years of forklift operation experience.
  • Must be a strong team player with the ability to make sound decisions within assigned responsibilities.
  • Must have working knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
  • Must be flexible and willing to work overtime, as needed.
  • Must demonstrate reliability with consistent attendance.
  • Must be capable of performing all essential job duties effectively and independently.
  • Must be proficient in basic computer skills.
  • Must be knowledgeable of and compliant with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) relevant to the role.
  • Must contribute to Lean Sigma initiatives and support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Must be able to comply with the company's safety and quality policies, at all times.

Travel Requirements

5%: Up to 13 business days per year

Physical Requirements

Light-Exerting up to 20lbs/9kg of force frequently, and/or negligible amount of force frequently constantly to move objects.

Additional Requirements

  • Must be able to stand, twist, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk frequently.
  • Must be able to work with items weighing up to 40lbs.
