Job Summary

This position will assist in all areas of Warehouse functions, as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manage the movement of materials across Warehouse, Inspection, Production, and Molding areas, ensuring accurate completion of SAP transactions.
Perform monthly inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
Load and unload trailers, including finished goods for customers and semi-finished products to/from outside storage areas, etc.
Maintain warehouse organization and safety by properly stacking materials, keeping aisles clear, and ensuring overall cleanliness.
Monitor and replenish copy room supplies and manage the recycling processes.
Support various warehouse operations and assist cross departments, as needed.
Complete additional tasks and responsibilities, as assigned.

Education

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Work Experience

Must have at least 3 years of material handling experience.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Must be able to work from heights.
Must possess a valid driver's license with the ability to operate the company van.
Must have at least 3 years of forklift operation experience.
Must be a strong team player with the ability to make sound decisions within assigned responsibilities.
Must have working knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
Must be flexible and willing to work overtime, as needed.
Must demonstrate reliability with consistent attendance.
Must be capable of performing all essential job duties effectively and independently.
Must be proficient in basic computer skills.
Must be knowledgeable of and compliant with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) relevant to the role.
Must contribute to Lean Sigma initiatives and support continuous improvement efforts.
Must be able to comply with the company's safety and quality policies, at all times.

Travel Requirements

5%: Up to 13 business days per year

Physical Requirements

Light-Exerting up to 20lbs/9kg of force frequently, and/or negligible amount of force frequently constantly to move objects.

Additional Requirements

Must be able to stand, twist, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk frequently.
Must be able to work with items weighing up to 40lbs.
