Job Summary
This role is focussed to supports the advancement of automation, digitization, and data‑driven decision making across the Customer Success organization. This role is well‑suited for a detail‑oriented, highly analytical individual with a strong interest in data quality, operational reporting, and SOX‑related compliance activities.
Working closely with Customer Engagement, Customer Success Operations, and cross‑functional digital teams, the individual ensures effective governance of system‑reliant workflows. The position plays a critical role in ensuring adherence to established procedures and providing insights that support financial and operational compliance. Additionally, the Associate Specialist contributes to continuous improvement efforts by identifying automation opportunities, enhancing workflow efficiency, and supporting enterprise‑level system integrations.
This role requires strong analytical capability, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic global environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the execution of internal customer‑facing processes across the customer journey, ensuring consistency and efficiency in both analog and digital interactions.
- Contribute to internal and customer‑focused technology initiatives by assessing requirements, recommending digital solutions, and aligning outputs with Customer Success objectives.
- Assist in enterprise platform integrations that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Drive process standardization, support internal audits, maintain procedural documentation, and assist in developing and executing audit plans under the guidance of senior team members.
- Prepare audit materials, analyze findings, and support corrective and preventative action (CAPA) activities to maintain audit readiness
- Increase organizational data adoption through accurate measurement, tracking, and reporting of operational metrics.
- Perform data extraction, consolidation, and analysis of sales order and financial data in support of monthly SOX controls.
- Ensure compliance with Internal Audit and Corporate Compliance requirements by preparing CAPA documentation and maintaining control‑related evidence using tools such as DevOps, JIRA, and other enterprise systems
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration or equivalent required
Work Experience
- Minimum 3 years in customer service, project environment, quality focus or system integrations required
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge or experience with ERP tools like SAP with Sales, Order management and Distribution.
- Experience with ISO 9001
- Must be able to understand direction and adhere to proven SOP.
- Excel skills at an expert level. Basic familiarity with other MS Office programs, or the ability to learn them rapidly.
- Quick learning capacity with effective communication and analytical skills.
- Technically savvy and adept.
- Ability to work independently in global environment.
- Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description and comply with the company’s safety policy at all times.
