Job Summary

Main requirement of this role is to support the maintenance and repair of process equipment and calibrations in the operation of the plant. In addition the maintenance team lead is responsible for supporting external contractors for the maintenance and repair of the operations at the plant. The role is also responsible for supporting the running and maintaining the preventative maintenance system to pre-determined guidelines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Personnel management of ca. 7 maintenance technicians
  • Root cause analysis on equipment
  • Maintenance planning and development of maintenance within the area of Rubberflow and in the production areas
  • Project management on maintenance projects and larger maintenance jobs
  • Coordination and handling of external resources and technicians during larger maintenance tasks
  • Guide maintenance technicians in advance troubleshooting
  • Optimize equipment in close collaboration with the process engineers.

Education

  • Successfully completed studies as Engineer in Mechnical, Electrical or Marine Engineering or an other technical higher education

Work Experience

  • Minimum 3 years hands on working experience preferably in a maintenance role within the pharmaceutical/medical devices/manufacturing industry, preferrably in a rubber production

  • Leadership experience

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Good knowledge in MS Office and SAP 
  • Fluent Danish and English skills
  • Knowledge of maintenance at a strategic level
  • Knowledge of spare parts management and maintenance programs
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels within the organisation
  • Structured way of working and strong organisational skills

Pay Transparency:

The annual base salary range for this position is kr487,960.00 - kr621,040.00. Total target compensation is determined using objective and gender-neutral criteria, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, market benchmarks, geographic location, and the scope and responsibilities of the role.

This position may be eligible for variable compensation and other incentive programs in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans within the country of employment. In addition, team members are eligible to participate in the company’s benefits and total rewards programs applicable to their location and employment status.
