Team Leader for Production (Weekend Shift) – West Pharmaceutical Services, Horsens

At West Pharmaceutical Services Danmark ApS, we are looking for a Team Leader for Production (Weekend Shift) for our department in Horsens. Your role:

• As a team leader, you will be responsible for the daily management and coordination of approx. 15 hourly paid employees in our Lining/Westar/Stamping department on weekend shifts. You will be a key person in ensuring stable operations, high quality, and continued development of our production processes.

  Your primary tasks will include:

  • Lead and actively participate in production meetings during the weekend
  • Ensure high productivity and quality, as well as handle unforeseen events and implement corrective actions
  • Be responsible for administrative tasks such as ordering consumables and following up on staff hours
  • Promote continuous improvement using LEAN principles and ensure effective transitions
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and behavioral policies
  • Collaborate closely with engineers and maintenance regarding optimization of equipment
  • Engage in cross-disciplinary collaboration with other departments and projects

Your profile:

You have a technical or production education – e.g., as a production technologist, marine engineer or equivalent – and have experience from a production environment, preferably with knowledge of GMP and LEAN. You have documented experience with personnel management in a manufacturing company.
