Job Summary

Do you want to be in charge of our punching shop and ensure stable operation in a GMP-regulated production, where quality and patient safety are paramount?

At West Pharmaceutical Services Danmark ApS in Horsens, we are looking for a Team Leader for our punching shop with responsibility for employees on day, evening, night and weekend shifts. You will play a central role in ensuring that our production meets the highest GMP and quality requirements - while developing and motivating your employees in everyday life. 
As a Team Leader for the Punching Shop, you will have overall management responsibility for the employees across all shifts. You will ensure uniform management, clear expectations and high quality - regardless of the time of day the production runs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Personnel management and development of employees on day, evening, night and weekend shifts
  • Ensuring full GMP compliance and documentation discipline
  • Responsibility for stable operations, delivery reliability and quality goals
  • Active participation in board meetings and performance follow-up
  • Handling of deviations, CAPA and continuous improvements
  • Drive LEAN initiatives and ensure standardized workflows
  • Close collaboration with QA, Engineering, maintenance and planning
  • Ensure high safety standards and compliance with internal policies
  • You will be a key person in creating structure, direction and commitment in a department with high complexity and clear regulatory requirements

Education

  • You can have a technical or production background - but most importantly your ability to lead people

Work Experience

  • Have experience from a production environment - preferably GMP-regulated
  • Have management experience or are a young, ambitious leader with a proven talent for creating followership

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Have strong human skills and natural authority
  • Clear, structured and consistent management style
  • Balance operations, quality and employee well-being
  • Communicate clearly in Danish and English

Pay Transparency:

The annual base salary range for this position is kr559,200.00 - kr695,100.00. Total target compensation is determined using objective and gender-neutral criteria, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, market benchmarks, geographic location, and the scope and responsibilities of the role.

This position may be eligible for variable compensation and other incentive programs in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans within the country of employment. In addition, team members are eligible to participate in the company’s benefits and total rewards programs applicable to their location and employment status.
