This is an onsite position requiring the team emmeber to be onsite 5 days per week.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Visually review items according to applicable specifications and stated customer requirements
  • Independently communicate observations with affected departments
  • Report results in SAP
  • Perform various control measurements on calibrated equipment (note that this is not a laboratory position, although some measurements are made)
  • Act as a sparring partner within quality issues related to AQL
  • Support with visual inspections in relation to deviations, projects and complaints 
  • Ensure that instructions that support AQL-related work reflect current practice
  • Participate in and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
  • Ensure that QA-related tasks are carried out and documented as agreed 

Work Experience

  • Experience from the production of Lined seals is an advantage, but not necessary
  • Practical experience working with GMP, is an advantage but not necessary

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Knowledge of SAP and other IT systems, including the office package, is preferred
  • You approach tasks systematically and structured and thrive on routine tasks
  • You are quality-conscious, detail-oriented and have good eyesight (must be able to pass an eye test, possibly using your own glasses)
  • You are committed and have a good mood

Pay Transparency:

The annual base salary range for this position is kr347,072.00 - kr441,728.00. Total target compensation is determined using objective and gender-neutral criteria, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, market benchmarks, geographic location, and the scope and responsibilities of the role.

This position may be eligible for variable compensation and other incentive programs in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans within the country of employment. In addition, team members are eligible to participate in the company’s benefits and total rewards programs applicable to their location and employment status.
