Working hours

24 hours weekend shift (2 x 12 hours)
Paid break included

We are currently looking for 10 employees for a newly created weekend shift. These are temporary positions with the possibility of permanent employment. It is not hard physical work.

Your tasks

You will be responsible for operating and monitoring machines in a regulated GMP environment.
You will be part of a team that jointly operates several machines simultaneously.
The work takes place under controlled conditions and requires the following clothing:

👟 Safety footwear

🧢 Hair net

👕 Work clothes that cover arms, legs and partially head

👓 Glasses

🎧 Hearing protection

📑 Employment is based on the Industrial Agreement and local agreements.

❗ Smoking and snuff are not allowed during working hours.

Qualifications

Your educational background is not essential - we value experience and skills highly.

We expect you to:

Speak and write Danish fluently
Be in good physical shape, as it is standing work
Have sharp vision (not color blind)
Thrive with teamwork
Be stable and reliable

➕ It is an advantage if you:

Have a forklift license (not a requirement - only used on a few shifts)
Have knowledge of Lean principles

Pay Transparency:

The annual base salary for this position is kr401,030.00. Total target compensation is determined using objective and gender-neutral criteria, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, market benchmarks, geographic location, and the scope and responsibilities of the role.

This position may be eligible for variable compensation and other incentive programs in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans within the country of employment. In addition, team members are eligible to participate in the company’s benefits and total rewards programs applicable to their location and employment status.
