Job Summary
The Senior Director, Supply Chain Center of Excellence, is the enterprise leader responsible for transforming supply chain planning from fragmented coordination to disciplined, enterprise-wide decision architecture. This role establishes IBP as the single enterprise tradeoff forum, institutionalizes data governance and planning standards while ensuring that execution signals are translated into leadership-level decisions. The position acts as the neutral enterprise integrator connecting commercial, operations, platform launches and capacity strategy. This is a leadership role accountable for supply chain governance, enterprise standards, and scalable execution infrastructure. The Senior Director will own IBP governance and tradeoff discipline enterprise-wide, establish enterprise planning standards and baseline ways of working, define master data ownership and data integrity governance, enable capacity scaling, network balancing, and platform launch readiness. #LI-CT1
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Elevate IBP to the single enterprise decision engine for demand, capacity, inventory, allocation, and launch sequencing
- Establish escalation pathways for demand/capacity imbalances
- Standardize SIOP inputs/outputs across regions and OUs
- Ensure all enterprise tradeoffs are laddered into IBP (no parallel decision forums)
- Establish master data governance by domain with clear accountability
- Define and standardize KPI architecture (OTIF, confirmed lead-time adherence, backlog aging, etc.)
- Ensure forecast accuracy and capacity input accountability remain with the Ous while governed centrally
- Implement audit mechanisms for process adherence and data discipline
- Lead enterprise capacity visibility and allocation governance
- Support digital twin and dynamic network modeling ambition
- Institutionalize launch-to-capacity orchestration for growth platforms
- Align analytics outputs explicitly to required business decisions
- Institutionalize predictive capacity risk modeling and forecast bias detection
- Define scenario modeling standards for launches, transfers, and segmentation
- Ensure AI scales precision only after standards and governance are enforced
- Act as neutral enterprise integrator connecting commercial, operations, R&D launches, and supply governance
- Shift culture from local optimization to enterprise tradeoff thinking
- Reinforce ownership mindset over permission-seeking behaviors
- Embed process excellence, defined cadence, and root-cause governance loops

Education
- Bachelor’s Degree – Required
- MBA or Master’s in SCM, Operations or Business – Preferred
- Advanced training in supply chain, operations research, analytics, or related discipline preferred
Work Experience
- 12+ years supply chain experience – Required
- 5+ years leadership experience – Required
- Demonstrated ownership of IBP/S&OP transformation at enterprise scale
- Proven success in data governance, planning standardization, and KPI architecture
- Experience supporting major product/platform launches in regulated environments
- Exposure to AI-enabled planning systems and digital transformation

- Executive presence with ability to influence senior leadership
- Deep expertise in global supply network optimization
- Advanced financial acumen (working capital, capital planning, ROI modeling)
